- 1½ teaspoon powered instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon sugar (or sweetener)
- 1 level teaspoon (cooking) cocoa
- 1 dash of milk (optional)
Spoon the coffee, sugar and cocoa into a mug, add hot water (after it has stopped boiling) and milk to taste. Stir vigorously.
Vary quantities to taste. Sugar is needed, because baking cocoa usually contains no sugar.
